Prepare your shipment enquiry
- Origin, destination and required collection or delivery scope.
- Cargo description, intended use and any special handling requirements.
- Package count, dimensions with units, total gross weight and estimated volume.
- Expected cargo-ready date and Incoterm, if agreed with your supplier.
- Commercial invoice and packing-list details when available.
- For an existing shipment, keep the quotation or shipment reference ready.
Document requirements depend on cargo, route and the relevant authorities. The team will confirm the documents required for your shipment. Do not upload identity, bank or customs documents through public enquiry fields.
